I have said this before about big tom and gbn and ill say it again. They provide hands down no question the best customer service i have ever experienced from any company ever. The shipping speed is a difficult area to review. I gave 5 stars because i believe gbn gets the product to you as fast as safely possible. Im in the U.S. and from the time i provide payment i usually recieve my supplies around 15 business days.
