don't know about packaging cuz I STILL have not received ANYTHING! tom has been nice and helpful, but I placed and PAID for my order dec16th, its now the25th of January and still nothing! not even a seizure letter or nothing! to be fair tom did reship my order for me about a week ago! HOPEFULLY this order does more than just tell me "origin post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece" which is what my first order said on the USPS site since I was able to track it, and never changed. Also, now my reship order is saying the same thing! and to be honest, its making me nervous...
