The site could use a facelift but that's not why I visit. It's intuitive enough to easily navigate.

Huge Tom is very responsive and honest, and gives great advice with regards to product selection, etc.

It takes as long as it takes, maybe sooner than you had anticipated.

Best quality and selection I've ever encountered, I have been very satisfied with the products.
