A few advices on getting muscles with less fat

OK, first thing to do is to get back on & have regular workouts 3-4 times per week and cardio as well 3-4 times per week.
If you want to get bigger and in the same time keep fat levels low cardio is a must. I would do it 3-4 times per week for 60 minutes at 80% of my max effort.


You can try doing cardio even each morning 1 hour after you get up on empty stomach, dont eat, you can just drink and in I am sure that if you will do it each day (weekends may be off) in 2 weeks you will see results and then you can adjust add more or keep it 3 days/week.

As far as workout what is your current one?

As far as cycle, for your goal I see a few options:
#1 Cutaxyl 150 for 8-10 weeks
#2 Test Prop + Primobolan for 12 weeks
#3 Anavar + Test Prop for 8 weeks.

Now it all depends on money and possibility to do cycle longer or shorter. There is no best cycle as all these works, yeah a little different but your body will tell you what he likes best :)
