Communication is incredible as they respond quickly, packages are wrapped tightly and discreetly and always show up right around predicted time.   Delivered within a day or two of planned delivery date and VERY well wrapped, secured and cushioned. About 10 years ago I ordered from one other place and the product was barely wrapped and I couldn't believe it didn't break. I never ordered from them again and gbnstore has always been my go to since.
